Who we are
This policy describes how Release Serviços em Informática LTDA (CNPJ 09.508.478/0001-00), the controller of the data processed on this website, collects and uses personal information, in compliance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
What data we collect
We collect only what is needed to handle your request and keep the website secure:
- Contact form: name, mobile phone, company, work e-mail and the message you write. When you submit it, we also record your IP address and the date and time, to prove your consent and prevent abuse.
- Usage preferences: your theme (light or dark) and language are saved in your own browser, are not sent to the server and do not identify you.
- Technical records: IP address, date, time and pages visited, kept by the hosting provider for security and for the website to work.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before collecting anything.
What we use the data for
- To answer your request and schedule demos.
- To send information about NVTools related to your request.
- To protect the website against abuse, spam and fraud.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Legal basis
We process the form data on the basis of your consent (LGPD, Art. 7, I). Website security relies on legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX), and compliance with legal obligations, where applicable, on Art. 7, II. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. The information from the form reaches our sales team by e-mail and may be handled by hosting and e-mail service providers, under a duty of confidentiality.
How long we keep it
We keep the form data for as long as needed to handle your request and, after that, for the period of the commercial relationship or as required by law. Once that period ends, we delete or anonymize the data.
Your rights
Under Article 18 of LGPD, you may ask for:
- Confirmation that we process your data, and access to it.
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
- Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed unlawfully.
- Data portability.
- Information about who we share the data with.
- Withdrawal of consent.

Write to comercial@rsistemas.com.br saying what you would like. You can also file a complaint with the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD).
Security
We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect the data, such as an encrypted connection (HTTPS), role-based restricted access and limits against automated form submission.
