The same standard, even when you are not the one creating
When every analyst builds a scenario their own way, automation becomes a collection of exceptions. A template is not a limitation: it is what makes a flow created by someone else readable to you six months later.
The cost of free-form creation
Total freedom in building scenarios charges its price in maintenance.
Every flow has its own convention
Naming, error handling and granularity vary by author. Maintaining means learning the style of whoever wrote it.
Documentation arrives late
When the document is written afterwards, it describes what someone remembers about the flow, not what the flow does.
Knowledge leaves with the person
A scenario created without a standard is tacit knowledge. When the author changes teams, the cost appears at the first maintenance.
How it works
The assistant guides the creation and produces the artifact already in the standard.
Choosing the template
Selecting the model that matches the type of flow, scenario or document to be created.
Guided completion
The assistant asks only for what varies between cases, validating as you fill in instead of failing at execution.
Artifact generation
Output in the project standard, with naming and structure consistent with what already exists.
Versioning
The artifact enters versioned, so every change is traceable and reversible.
What the assistants generate
Artifacts that are usually made by hand today.
| Artifact | What it is for | Gain |
|---|---|---|
| Automation flow | Initial structure of the bot | Convention guaranteed from the first step |
| Test scenario | Regression case | Consistent coverage across authors |
| Process document | Record of what was automated | Documentation is born with it, not after |
| Test data set | Input for execution and testing | Reduces manual data entry errors |

Frequently asked questions
Does a template limit cases outside the standard?
The assistant covers what is recurring. A case outside the standard is still possible, and it is made explicit as an exception, which is exactly what you want to be able to see.
Do I need to know how to program?
To use the assistant, no. Completion is guided and validated. Knowledge of the business process is what matters.
Are the templates customizable?
Yes. They reflect your project’s convention, and that is what makes them useful in maintenance.
